Bookkeeping for Complex Households and Small Businesses

A household picks up residences, trusts, accounts, and advisors one at a time. A business picks up payroll, cards, and loans the same way. Wolf Pine Bookkeeping keeps one reconciled set of books for either, closes it every month, and delivers reports you can act on.

Bookkeeping Built Around Your Financial Life

Two monthly services, each with a companion service for the work that sits beside it. Both run on the same standard: every account reconciled to its statement, a close every month, and a report built around the questions you actually ask.

Behind on the books, or not sure you can trust them? A review of the file first, one fee agreed before work begins, and each reopened month reconciled to its statements.

There is no minimum size to work with Wolf Pine Bookkeeping, for a business or a household. A company with two employees is reconciled to the same standard as one running payroll for twenty, and a family with one home and three accounts to the same standard as a household with three residences and two trusts. The scope is written down before work begins, and the fee follows the scope.

How an engagement begins

The same three steps for a household or a business, with the scope, the fee, and what is needed from you agreed before any work begins.

1

A conversation. What you need organized, how the books are kept today, and whether Wolf Pine Bookkeeping is the right fit.

2

A written proposal. The accounts, entities, and residences covered, the reports you will receive, the records needed from you, and the monthly fee.

3

The first close. Access set up, the chart of accounts built or reviewed, and the first month closed. Every month after follows the same routine.

Based in Portsmouth, New Hampshire.
